Kevin Munnings Sr.

Kevin A. Munnings Sr. is a native of New Providence Bahamas. He is a graduate of R.M Bailey Senior High School. A veteran of the Royal Bahamas Police Force. He enjoys playing sports, meeting people, traveling, and spending time with family.

Mr. Munnings managed one of the most prestigious Condominiums on the island of Freeport Grand Bahama.  While there he developed a keen interest in the Real Estate Industry and Property Management. Subsequently, he decided to join the real estate team at Bahama Blue Realty Limited in Grand Bahama. 

As a homeowner himself, He believes that a person should own or invest in something substantial and that the most important investment in a family’s life, is a Home.  He intends to help as many people as possible to achieve that goal.

Kevin A. Munnings has traveled throughout the world and realized that there is nothing more beautiful than the sun, sand, sea, and people of the Bahamas. Therefore, he would love to give you the opportunity to share with us;
